Deducted $200 from our acct last week without permission. They apologized and stated they would remove us from the "AUTOMATIC RENEWAL"! I reviewed the reservation form and do not find where we agreed to automatic renewal. 1 week later and no refund received. Buyer beware! I will keep this sight updated on the end result.
